Project Overview: One of the largest cigarette production plants in China; 3 sets of automated logistics systems, namely Leaf Tobacco warehouse automation system (7 stacker cranes, 8400 pallet locations), Direct Material warehouse automation system (5 stacker cranes, 3600 pallet locations) and Finished Goods warehouse automation system (7 stacker cranes, 5488 pallet locations)
Highlights: Highly automated logistics system consisting a variety of logistics equipment (stacker cranes, pallet conveyors, light goods conveyors, AGVs, robots, sorting systems, automatic wrapping machines, etc.); China's first AGV system with automatic battery exchange.
